How it works
Your Goodword link goes in an email, a receipt, or a thank-you page. Customers answer in about two minutes.
Every answer waits in your queue. One click features a line, a quote, or a full story.
A 3.5KB script on your page, edge cached, zero iframes. The wall updates itself from then on.
Every comparison page on this site says the same thing, so it may as well be on the homepage too.
Great tools, honestly listed. If one of them already fits your stack, stay there.
Still comparing? The other four: Trustmary, Endorsal, Shoutout.io, Vocal Video.
Pricing
Free is genuinely uncapped, forever, review schema included. Pro starts at $29 a month and pays for work done on your behalf: chasing testimonials by email, running a custom domain, seats. Agencies needing client walls and white-label embeds pay $99 a month. No add-ons, no per-space multipliers, no contact tiers, no view allowances. Billing is not connected yet, so everything that exists today is free.
Questions
Yes, and the free plan has no testimonial limit, no form limit, no widget limit and no cap on how many times your widget loads. A small line reading Collected with Goodword sits under the widget. The planned paid plans charge for work Goodword does on your behalf, chiefly sending invitation emails, rather than for holding your testimonials. Billing is not live yet, so today everything is free.
Create a space, share your collection link with customers, publish the testimonials you like, then paste two lines of HTML where you want them to appear. The widget updates itself when you publish something new, so you never touch the code again.
Every Goodword widget and wall emits valid Review and AggregateRating structured data on the free plan. Whether Google chooses to show rich results is entirely Google's decision and no tool can promise it, but the markup is correct, present and free here, where several competitors charge for it.
It is one small script with the testimonial data already inside it, so there is no second round trip, and it renders into a Shadow DOM rather than an iframe. That means no third-party document loading inside your page and no CSS collisions with your own styles.
You can attach a video link (Loom, YouTube, Vimeo or a direct MP4 URL) to any testimonial, and the widget links to it. Goodword does not record or host video. If in-browser video recording is what you need, Testimonial.to and Vocal Video do that properly and our comparison pages say so.
One click, JSON or CSV, everything including pending and archived testimonials, on any plan. Leaving should cost nothing.
No card, no testimonial cap, no hostage. Your wall is yours.
